Second prize: Payment of 6 Months Household Gas and Electric* £1,201.74
Third prize: Payment of 3 Months Household Gas and Electric* £600.87

2: Game closure : 1st December 2026. Prizes must be claimed within 90 days of the game closure.

3: Win 12 Months is registered as a company limited by guarantee in England and Wales. (No 8501173).

4: Win 12 Months is Registered under the Gambling Act 2005 with the Council of the Borough of Charnwood No: 99 and the Scratch Card game is defined as a Society Lottery.

5: By entering the Lottery you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Any Scratch Card entry and participation form part of these Terms and Conditions. Any entries not complying with these Terms and Conditions will not be valid.

6: This Lottery is open only to individuals aged 18 years or over who live in Great Britain. Any person who has entered and is found to be under 18 years of age will automatically forfeit any prize. The Promoter, Win 12 Months reserves the right to require proof of identity and age.

7: The cost of each Lottery Scratch Card is £2 per ticket. No maximum number of paid entries per person but the total amount of paid tickets made available to individuals will be 10,000 per raffle.

8: Payment for the Lottery Scratch Card must be made in advance and can be made by cash, debit card or credit card to Win 12 Months retailers.

9: The prizes are as described on the Website. Specific prizes may be subject to additional terms and conditions, which shall form part of these Terms and Conditions.

10: How to claim a prize
Prizes of £5 or a free card can be claimed from the participating retailer.
Prizes of 12 Months, 6 Months and 3 Months Household Gas and Electric can only be claimed by completing all details on the reverse of the card. Contacting hello@win12month.org Then posting of the winning scratch card to our office. Proof of posting is not proof of delivery. Special delivery is recommended.

11: Winners may be asked to take part in promotional activity.

12: A list of winners will be published on www.win12months.org

13: The Promoter, reserves the right to reject your entry and / or award any prize to an alternative winner if the Promoter, has grounds to believe that you have breached any of these Terms and Conditions, acted fraudulently or illegally, or on any other reasonable grounds and the Promoter shall have no liability to you for any loss or damage arising from the Promoter exercising such rights. The Promoter shall return any amounts already paid by any entrant found to be under 18, but is not liable to return any amounts already paid by any other entrant, and any such refund the Promoter makes will be solely in the Promoter's discretion.

14: The Promoter reserves the right to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the Lottery scratch card in whole or in part in the Promoter's sole discretion.

15: The Promoter shall not be liable for: Lottery scratch card tickets, entries, communications or prizes which are lost, stolen or delayed, damaged or illegible, from which the prize winner or entrant cannot be identified. The Promoter's failure or inability to contact you and / or award any prize due to any errors, omissions or inaccuracies in the contact you have provided or your failure to update these if they change. Loss or damaged incurred by you in connection with your participation in the Lottery scratch card or your use of any prize. Any interruptions or errors on or to the Website. Technical hardware or software errors or failures or lost, faulty or unavailable network connections, or any failure or delay beyond the Promoter's reasonable control.

16: The Promoter may amend these terms and conditions at any time. The Promoter will notify you of significant changes to these Terms and Conditions via the Website.

17: These terms and conditions are governed by English law and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

18: The Promoter's decision in all matters relating to the Lottery scratch card is final.
